Skating in Central Park

A Director shoots a film about her love story; Poppy is a university student, intelligent and eloquent but also stiff, meets James at the student union. He is the opposite of her, brave, reckless, and witty resulting in winding her world up. James asks Poppy out on a date who refuses the invitation.

Years without contact; Poppy shows up in Lisbon, where James lives. They spend the night together, discovering that they are meant to be together.

After the shooting day, Mark, the actor who plays James, comes up to Poppy, the director, and asks questions about the script. It turns out there is more to the story of ‘the one who got away.’
